Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Are detailed instructions for using the equipment available?

Each lifting device comes with a user manual. Before handing over the equipment, our specialists will demonstrate all its functions and train you on how to use them correctly. When the equipment is delivered to the customer, detailed installation instructions are also provided. Electronic versions of these instructions are available on our website

When do I need to return the rented equipment?

The equipment must be returned no later than 10:00 AM on the next business day. If it is returned after this time, an additional day’s rental fee will be charged.

What should I do if the rented equipment is not working?

In the event of equipment malfunction or improper operation, you must immediately contact technical support by phone. If the issue cannot be resolved through a telephone consultation, our technician will visit the site to perform a detailed inspection and diagnostics.

If the equipment cannot be repaired quickly on-site, it will be immediately replaced with equivalent equipment.

If it is determined that the equipment was damaged while in the renter’s possession, the renter will be required to compensate for the damage caused.

Who pays for the fuel used?

All diesel-powered lifts are rented out with a full fuel tank. Under the rental terms, the customer is required to return the lift with a full fuel tank as well.

Do I need to pay rent for weekends and public holidays?

Rental fees are not charged for weekends and official public holidays. However, all equipment is equipped with special monitoring devices that record operating time. Therefore, if the equipment is used on weekends or public holidays, rental charges for those days will be calculated at the standard daily rate.

Do I need to leave a deposit for the rented equipment?

A deposit is mandatory. The amount of the deposit is determined based on the customer’s credit history. The deposit can be paid either in cash or by bank transfer. Cash deposits are refunded upon the return of the equipment, while deposits made by bank transfer are refunded within 1-2 business days.
